Here's how it works.
Students, staff and community members can visit our school's kindness eWall (https://youuplift.com/sweetwater-public-schools-kindness-wall/) from any device. It will display a constant stream of approved positive messages. These can be about specific students, teachers, support staff, teams, classes, etc. Below the stream of messages is a submission box. Anyone with the link to our school's eWall page can submit a message. However, they will not be posted to the wall until they have been approved. Once they are approved, they will join the cycle of posted material. A teacher or older students might have to assist younger students type out a message. 

Here are ways to implement this school-wide:

  • YOUR PERSONAL INFLUENCE - You can uplift as many students and faculty members as you'd like, as often as you'd like.
  • STAFF TO STAFF MORALE - The faculty uses the platform to uplift one another.
  • STAFF TO STUDENT MORALE - The faculty uses the platform to praise students for jobs well done.
  • STUDENT TO STUDENT / STUDENT TO STAFF MORALE - Allow students to write messages about each other or about their teachers.
  • PARENT TO STAFF MORALE - Parents can participate by anonymously uplifting our staff. The messages can then be displayed on our school website and/or social media.
